Data Deletion Instructions

Purpose of this page

This page explains how users can request deletion of their personal data from GridMind, including Facebook and Instagram integrations.

How to request data deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Log in to your GridMind account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account.
  3. Select Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Option 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access your account, you may request data deletion by email:

  • Email: info@punchlinedesign.com
  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Please include the email address used to create your GridMind account.

Data that will be deleted

  • User account information
  • Connected Facebook and Instagram account identifiers
  • OAuth access tokens and authorization data
  • Imported media content (images, thumbnails, previews)
  • Captions, descriptions, links, and metadata
  • Workspace, project, and content planning data associated with the account

Deletion timeframe

  • All data will be deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.
  • Data may be retained longer only if required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Confirmation of deletion

Users will receive confirmation once the data deletion process has been completed. For deletion requests triggered via Facebook or Instagram, a confirmation reference may be provided through Meta’s deletion status flow.

Additional information

  • GridMind does not sell or share user data with third parties beyond what is required to provide the service.
  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
